1. What Fhola collects
Fhola stores your account details, the photos and records you add, device information needed to run the service, and limited usage data used to make it more reliable.
2. How data is used
Data powers reading your pages, profiles, sharing, exports, security and support. To read handwriting, Fhola sends your photos and the text read from them to a third-party reading service. Medical data is not sold.
3. Encryption
Typed records and their details are encrypted on your phone before they are stored, and Fhola can’t open them. Photos are not end-to-end encrypted: the reading service sees them while it reads them, and Fhola stores them with the visit. Keep your recovery words safe, because Fhola can’t restore them.
5. Your choices
You can view, correct, export and delete records. You can request account deletion in Settings.
6. Deletion and retention
Deleted visits are removed. Account deletion starts a 30-day grace period; signing in during that period cancels the request.
7. Children
Parents and guardians may manage a child’s profile. Fhola does not knowingly collect data from a child under 13 without guardian consent.
